In this role, you’ll help maintain the overall appearance of the property by keeping common areas clean, supporting lawn and grounds care, assisting with apartment turnarounds, and ensuring our residents experience a welcoming, well‑maintained environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of maintenance experience required
- HVAC and/or CPO certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
- Weekend and on-call availability required
