Maintenance Supervisor – Multi-Site Apartment Community
We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with a positive, “can-do” attitude to support multiple apartment communities. This multi-site role requires commuting between properties, so flexibility and reliability are a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete service requests and apartment turns
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs
- Train, supervise, and motivate maintenance team members
- Manage preventative maintenance and control costs
- Ensure safety standards and Fair Housing compliance
Requirements
- 5 years of apartment maintenance experience required
- 5 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience required
- HVAC certification required
- CPO certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- On-call availability is required (including weekends/holidays as needed)
