We are seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance/Training Coordinator to help drive the success of our maintenance department. This pivotal role reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth daily operations, spearheading training initiates, and managing special projects.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and lead training programs for maintenance staff to ensure top-tier performance and safety standards.
- Support daily operations by managing administrative tasks and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborate on special projects, bringing innovation and efficiency to our maintenance strategies.
- Travel extensively to various sites, ensuring consistent standards and hands-on support.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently across all levels of the organization
- Leverage technology to streamline processes, track progress, and enhance team productivity.
