Job Overview:
Join Pecos Valley Production as aRetail Sales Associate/Budtender, the frontline expert connecting customers with cannabis products in a positive, welcoming dispensary environment. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, product education, and sales support while maintaining compliance and assisting with inventory tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and guide customers on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
- Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Drive sales through upselling, product knowledge, and excellent service.
- Maintain accurate inventory displays and support restocking efforts.
- Follow all state, local, and company cannabis regulations and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience (cannabis industry preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong cash handling and POS experience; knowledge of BioTrack and Dutchie is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Expectations:
- Meet or exceed daily sales goals and add-on item targets.
- Maintain a 99.5% cash handling accuracy rate.
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction scores and complete all compliance training.
