Primary Purpose

Loads/off loads, secures and transports bulk and oversize material to various locations within the PECO service territory. Equipment vehicles include: Boom Trucks, tractor and trailers, Teledyne, Lull and forklifts.

Primary Duties

• Flexibility in reporting to remote work locations within the PECO Energy service territory
• Available for shift work as required
• Available for off-hours work opportunities
• Must be able to safely rig and hoist material
• Understands and can apply the proper method of securing outsize, oversize and bulk material for transport in accordance with CFR 49, Part 393 Subpart 1
  
  

Job Scope

Minimum Qualifications

• Three years experience with rigging/hoisting heavy equipment and materials
• Class A CDL
• OSHA Forklift certified or the ability to become OSHA Forklift certified
• Crane License as a requirement
• Trained in the use of hand signals for cranes
• Experience working around or near energized equipment
• NCCO Certified
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Class A CDL license with Hazmat endorsement
• Hazmat and Tanker Certifications
• Forklift Experience

• Hourly rates will be paid in accordance with terms of the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience or collective bargaining agreement: $37.30/Hr.
