What are the responsibilities and job description for the TPM Supervisor (Overnight) position at Peco Pallet?
Position Summary:
The North Canton Supervisor is a key member of the TPM team and is responsible for assisting in the management of inventory and quality. The TPM Supervisor will partner with our vendor partners to ensure PECO’s service and quality specifications are met. They will also be liaison between the TPM depot and the other internal business units to answer questions and/or resolve issues by escalating as appropriate.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately documenting all KPIs and other metrics
- Entering all system transactions into multiple systems for operational efficiency.
- Conduct daily audits, track, and label items implementing 5s methodology, and maintain building organization.
- Responsible for safety and OSHA compliance, as relates to Sam’s Club expectations.
- Assist in the direct management of the onsite relationship with our TPM Partner.
- Utilization of audit and collected data to enhance and improve internal processes.
- Complete refresher training on PECO specifications as needed.
- On call for system emergencies and trouble shooting.
- Responsible for the control of inventory for other pallet companies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Communicate with colleagues, vendors and Sam’s Club as our client.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES:
- Graduation from an accredited high school or General Education Development (GED).
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to drive quality with TPM partners.
- Ability to drive a forklift is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Excel.
- OSHA knowledge.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Ability to memorize and apply PECO pallet specifications to pallets.

Work Conditions:
- Work is performed in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must be available to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed.
