What are the responsibilities and job description for the TPM Warehouse Associate position at PECO Pallet, Inc.?
Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing various warehouse duties, such as sorting pallets, operating a forklift to load, unload, and receive materials, completing paperwork/data entry as well as collaborating with our customer.

- Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming pallets.
- Sort and place materials and items according to organizational standards.
- Maintaining precise records on all inventory.
- Inspecting inventory for damage and/or PECO's quality specifications as well as maintaining records regarding pallet condition.
- Organizing the warehouse space.
- Preparing orders for shipment.
- Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Operating stock management tools, for example, a forklift.
- Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Graduation from an accredited high school or General Education Development (GED)
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
- Good understanding of machine mechanics and how to make minor repairs.
- Ability to lift, move, and sort 65lb pallets repeatedly.
- Standing for long periods.
- Full range of motion required for reaching, bending, and lifting.
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment
- Dust associated with pallet operations
- Noise associated with pallet operations
- Some inclement weather exposure for outdoor duties
