Job Description:
Peco Foods seeks qualified candidates to perform various tasks related to poultry processing.
Duties:
- Cutting, trimming and packing poultry carcasses to prepare for future processing.
- Utilizing knives, scissors, and other equipment to efficiently cut and trim meat.
- Cleaning and sectioning carcasses to ensure high-quality products.
- Removing parts such as skin, feathers, and bones from carcasses to create clean cuts.
Position Requirements:
- No prior training, education, or experience is required for this position.
- A urine drug test is mandatory for all applicants.
Work Schedule:
We offer two shift options: Day Shift (8:15 AM - 4:45 PM) and Night Shift (4:45 PM - 1:15 AM).
