What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE CLERK/PLANNER DAY SHIFT position at Peco Foods?
- Overseeing the PM and standard job Plan development
- Working with purchaser on creating purchase requisitions for planned work
- Assisting storeroom in kitting and staging of job material requirements
- Maintaining records of equipment validations and scheduling routine inspections
- Development for recurring jobs, plus labor, time for completion and material libraries for each piece of equipment
- Identifies recommendations and or areas for improvement.
- Ensure the established schedule is communicated to all maintenance personnel
- Serving as the owner of the plant work order system and scheduling process for PM, Active work orders and improvement projects work orders
- Working with manager to create timelines and cost on capital projects
- Working to track equipment life spans to build a schedule for rebuilds to prevent large downtime events
- Tracking PM completion ratings by mechanics and areas
- Auditing the PM and planned work along side the supervisors and contractors
- Maintain all information for audits and setup filing system for easy access for any department needing
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years as maintenance or equivalent background
- Ability to look through prints and manuals to create recommended parts list
- Must have computer skills with excel, word, and power point
- To timely, communicate and coordinate with management on requested work and equipment availability and coordinate with the shift required work that is to be performed and period available to complete work
