Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver (Class A) to transport materials and goods to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries in a safe and responsible manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Safely transport materials and equipment to project locations throughout Rhode Island and New England.
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper and safe working condition.
- Communicate effectively with the paving crew, operations manager, and other team members.
Requirements
- Class A valid driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- Proficient verbal and written English.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
Working Conditions
This position works indoors and outdoors at times in inclement weather. It requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time as well as lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, walking, reaching, driving, and repetitive motion.
