Job Summary
The Triaxle Dump Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a triaxle dump truck to transport aggregates, asphalt, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites throughout New Hampshire and Vermont. This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations, proper vehicle maintenance, and coordination with dispatch and field crews in varying terrain and weather conditions.

Travel
This position requires 100% travel within the NH/VT surrounding areas, with work performed at various job sites and plant locations.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
This position regularly works outdoors in variable and sometimes extreme weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, snow, and icy conditions typical of the region. Work is performed in construction and industrial environments with exposure to dust, noise, uneven terrain, and moving heavy equipment.
The role requires the ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle for extended periods, including prolonged sitting, while maintaining alertness. Physical demands include frequent climbing in and out of the truck cab, as well as bending, squatting, walking, reaching, and performing repetitive motions.
The position also requires the ability to lift, carry, and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Drivers must be able to maintain balance and coordination when accessing equipment and navigating job sites and perform inspections in all weather conditions.

This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations, proper vehicle maintenance, and coordination with dispatch and field crews in varying terrain and weather conditions.
Essential Functions
- Safety always wins. Deliver materials to job sites and plants safely, on time, and without incident, supporting efficient project operations
- Maintain a zero-incident safety record by consistently following DOT regulations, company policies, and job site safety requirements
- Results matter. Ensure all loads are transported and discharged without spillage, damage, or material loss, maintaining site cleanliness and compliance
- Dedication. Keep equipment in safe, operational condition by completing thorough inspections and proactively reporting issues
- Focused. Accurately complete and submit all required logs, tickets, and documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Communicate. Support crew productivity by maintaining clear, consistent communication with dispatch, supervisors, and plant personnel
- Protect family and friends. Operate effectively in varying terrain and weather conditions, including winter driving, without compromising safety or performance

- Valid CDL Class B license (required)
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT card)
- Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety
- 1–3 years of dump truck or heavy equipment experience preferred
- Strong safety awareness and defensive driving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
