Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
- Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
- Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
- Meet sales and productivity goals
- Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
- Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
- Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
Qualifications:
- Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
- Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
- Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain professional attire and appearance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
