Pecan Ranch Early Learning Center in Garland is currently hiring for Infant and Preschool level teachers/caregivers.
We are now hiring lead teachers and assistants who are passionate about caring for and guiding our students with professionalism, enthusiasm and a spirit of adventure. In doing so, you will become a part of our team, where we believe our teachers are our greatest assets!
Responsibilities: As an educator of young children, you are responsible to provide for their physical needs, their feeling of safety, and for their sense of belonging. Facilitating an environment appropriate for each age group will allow for maximum learning potential. We provide our educators with a proven curriculum, allowing you to focus primarily on implementation of that curriculum and classroom organization. We believe in a positive approach to discipline. Teachers must provide positive reinforcement when children do well and kind, constructive reinforcement when children need redirection.

TX Driver’s License
2 year's experience
CPR/First-Aid (preferred)
Early Childhood or CDA Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
