What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Finisher/ Driver position at PEC Floors?
Currently looking for a Floor technician for Residential & Commercial projects. Person must have a valid driver license to operate company truck or van .
we specialize in:
* epoxy coatings
*polish and grinding concrete
* patch and repair
*micro topping
* Venetian plaster
CANDIDATE MUST BE:
*Trustworthy and respectful
* Be able to lift 50 lbs and stand/work 8 hours a day
* Be detailed in their work from start to finish
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate MUST have: valid driver license with clean driving record
- Previous experience in epoxy flooring and/or polished concrete is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on the job
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physical labor as required
