Pebbles Pediatric Dentistry is a brand-new, privately owned pediatric dental practice opening March 2026 in Albertville, MN. We are creating a warm, organized, and family-centered office where children feel safe, parents feel supported, and team members feel valued.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, caring, and dependable licensed dental assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care. We welcome new graduates or experienced assistants who are looking for a new opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Seat patients, review medical and dental histories, and present the patient to the dentist
- Complete coronal polishing
- Provide fluoride application
- Expose digital dental radiographs (PAs, bitewings, and panoramic)
- Provide patient and parent education
- Record and maintain accurate treatment planning and clinical documentation
- Support infection control and safety protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
- Help create a positive, calm, and engaging experience for young patients and their families
Qualifications
- Licensed Dental Assistant certification (MN requirements)
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred, but not required
- Enjoys working with children and families in a caring, supportive setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, motivated, and excited to help build a new practice
- Enjoys working in an active and collaborative office setting

Schedule
- Tuesday-Thursday 8 am-4 pm (patient hours) (Flexible schedule options can be discussed further in the interview)
- Daytime hours
- No weekends
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience (starting at $28/hour)
