The Sponsorship Coordinator provides support in the day-to-day management of Pebble Beach Company Brand Partners and Licensees. This position is directly responsible for (a) the fulfillment of contractual sponsorship benefits for Brand Partners including the distribution of event tickets and the execution of strategic activation programs, (b) Licensee program management, and (c) department financial reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Serve as the Pebble Beach Company fulfillment contact for all Brand Partners and Licensees. Manage and oversee each account, comprehensively supporting each account’s needs and requests. Serve as their primary liaison during any property visit, including setting up itineraries, making hotel, golf and dining reservations, coordinating event tickets and handling other requests as needed.
- Activation Management: Collaborate with the VP of Sponsorships, clients and internal Pebble Beach teams to develop impactful and measurable sponsor activations. Work cross functionally across Pebble Beach departments to coordinate, plan and fulfill all partner activations. Work closely with Pebble Beach Marketing to ensure activations meet proper Pebble Beach brand alignment.
- Partner Content Shoot Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute partner content shoots, working closely with creative teams, photographers, and other vendors ensuring partner objectives are met with little disruption to the day-to-day resort operations.
- Industry Research: Assist the VP of Sponsorships in new partner sales and renewals through research and industry data.
- Financial Tracking and Reporting: Review and reconcile monthly partner budgets and in house charges; track spending and manage financial reporting.
- Internal Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-departmental teams, ensuring alignment of partner goals and strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Other: Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sponsorships or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in sponsorship marketing and event activation at either a property, agency, brand or within the hospitality industry.
- Brand activation experience including plan development, execution and measurement.
- Project management / multitask experience.
- Contract development and administration.
- Financial analysis, budget management and reporting.
- Presentation building skills (Canvas, PowerPoint).
- Experience using sponsorship research platform SponsorUnited.
