ServiceNow ITAM Engineer
Location: 7200 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97218
Duration: 12 months (with a possible extension)
👉 Key focus:
- Build & manage ITAM, SAM (Software Asset Mgmt), CMDB
- Track all IT assets (hardware, software, cloud)
- Ensure license compliance & cost optimization
- Maintain accurate asset data & relationships
- Work closely with ITSM, ITOM, Security, and stakeholders
- Handle data cleanup, audits, reporting, dashboards
- Drive process improvement & governance
👉 Must Have:
- Strong ServiceNow ITAM SAM hands-on experience
- Deep CMDB implementation & governance
- Experience with ITIL framework
- Knowledge of software licensing (Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with data reconciliation, audits, reporting
- Exposure to ITOM ITSM processes
👉 Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow certifications
- ITIL certification
- Cloud asset management (AWS/Azure)
- Tools like Intune / SCCM
- Reporting tools (Power BI / Tableau)
