Production Associate
Role:
We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Production Associate to support the production, assembly, and finishing of interior and exterior doors. This role involves operating machinery, using hand tools, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble door components according to specifications
- Operate manufacturing equipment (saws, sanders, routers, presses, door lite cut-out machines, paint booth) safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols
- Assist with inventory tracking and material handling
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Physical Requirements:
Requires sufficient physical ability to walk, stand and sit; to frequently bend, squat, crouch, kneel, twist, and make other movements in the performance of daily activities; to reach above shoulders and outward, and lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy amounts of weight. You’ll also need to be able to be on your feet and move heavy product. Must be physically able (with or without accommodation) to lift up to 70 lbs.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
