We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate learning and creativity.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and positive environment for all children.
- Provide attentive caregiving to infants and toddlers, addressing their individual needs.
- Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interactions and emotional development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children.
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
- Experience in caregiving, particularly with infants and toddlers.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's emotional needs.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
