2 STROKE SMALL ENGINE REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled 2 Stroke Small Engine Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of small engine mechanics, particularly two-stroke engines, and be capable of diagnosing and repairing engine issues efficiently. Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in 2-stroke small engines using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform repairs and rebuilds on various small engine models, ensuring optimal performance
• Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and circuits
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and work performed
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future engine problems
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair status and technical issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with 2-stroke small engines or similar mechanical systems
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience in small engine repair or related field is preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
