As the Advanced Specialist, Product Manager you will serve as a key leader within Clinical Assessment’s Technology Strategy group. Q-interactive is an innovative and market-leading iOS-based assessment platform for psychologists, speech language pathologists, and other clinical professionals. It’s transforming the field of assessment, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our high-performing team with end-to-end accountability for shaping and delivering the future of this platform. You will partner with other Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Q-interactive. You will collaborate closely with these cross-functional teams to deliver a user-friendly, highly functional, and scalable product that meets the evolving needs of our users. This position reports to the Lead, Product Manager – Q Platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: Product Vision & Strategy : Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmap for the iOS assessment application, aligning it with business goals and customer needs. Customer Discovery : Lead continuous product discovery alongside design and engineering, regularly engaging with customers and stakeholders to identify, validate, and prioritize the most valuable problems to solve. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate within the 4-in-the-box model (with Product Design, Engineering, and Scrum Master) to ensure shared ownership of outcomes, strong team alignment, and fast, high-quality decision-making across the product lifecycle. Feature Development : Translate strategy and customer insights into clearly articulated problems, desired outcomes, and success metrics, working with the team to shape solutions and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to outcomes. Metrics-Driven Decisions : Define success metrics, ensure proper instrumentation is in place, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to inform trade-offs, and iteratively improve product outcomes. Stakeholder Management : Communicate product updates, vision, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Drive alignment through clear prioritization decisions and transparent trade-offs aligned to business objectives. Competitive Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, leveraging insights to keep the product ahead of the competition. We are looking for the following strengths and qualifications: 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably with iOS applications, educational technologies, or assessment platforms. Strong understanding of iOS design principles, development processes, and Apple’s App Store guidelines. Strong understanding of modern product development practices including continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmaps, and empowered, cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to identify and deeply understand customer problems and translate them into impactful product solutions. Experience using product analytics, experimentation, and metrics to inform decisions. Familiarity with tools like Pendo, Mixpanel, Looker, SQL (or equivalents) is a plus. Demonstrated experience owning product outcomes rather than delivery outputs. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate product work, including rapid prototyping, hypothesis testing, experiment design, and synthesis of customer and data insights, resulting in improved decision quality and team efficiency. Solid understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs related to mobile development, APIs, and third-party integrations. Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
