  • Identify, negotiate, and sign high-value titles for enterprise and channel distribution, with a focus on certification, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with authors, technical experts, publishing partners, and vendors.

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Royalties, and operational teams.

  • Use market analysis, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and sales signals to identify new content and growth opportunities.

  • Commercial judgment: Ability to connect content decisions to revenue opportunities, partner economics, and business outcomes.

  • Partnership management: Experience building trust and alignment with authors, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Communication and influence: Ability to communicate clearly, summarize complex situations, and align cross-functional teams.

  • Operational discipline: Strong organization, transparent reporting, proactive follow-through, and comfort managing multiple priorities.

  • Analytical thinking: Ability to use sales data, market signals, customer insights, and operational metrics to support sound recommendations.

  • Adaptability: Comfort navigating changing market conditions, shifting priorities, and technology disruption.

  • AI fluency: Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve research, analysis, planning, and productivity.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):

  • Experience in content portfolio management, technical publishing, publishing partnerships, training content, or related roles.

  • Track record signing, developing, launching, or managing high-value content in technology areas such as certification, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, networking, or technical upskilling.

  • Experience working with authors, technical experts, vendors, strategic partners, or platform providers.

  • Experience managing complex partner or vendor relationships, including contracts, reporting, royalties, platform transitions, or stakeholder coordination.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, organization, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise-focused environment where timing, market awareness, and execution discipline matter.
