Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Job Summary: Pearson Technology is looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Dallas Warehouse.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Organizing/cleaning the warehouse
- Pulling gear for jobs/loading trucks
- Unloading trucks/Putting away gear from jobs
- Q/Cing gear
- Writing quotes
- Maintaining the warehouse software (Current RMS) - Updating quotes/adjusting job status/archiving jobs
- Assisting in the sourcing of sub-rentals
- Coordinate transportation (rental trucks/vans)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Independent Worker
- 1-2 years of experience in any of the following disciplines: A/V, Lighting, Rigging, Audio, Warehouse
- Warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Availability to work overtime during peak seasons
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving. Physical activities include frequent use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching regularly
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts and other such equipment. Certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive up to a 16ft box truck
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.97 - $30.00 per hour
