Great opportunity to earn extra income!
We are seeking honest, reliable individuals to manage and operate fireworks stands in West Odessa/Midland.
Three locations are available NOW.
Ideal for families, married couples with teenage children, fundraising groups, college students, church groups, teachers, and more.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license (for individuals 21 and older)
Must provide proof of residency
Must pass a background check
Our stand is open from Sunday to Thursday, 11am to 11pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays, you can visit us from 10am until 2am We look forward to welcoming you!New yEars eve we open at 10am to 2am

How does it work?
With the winter season approaching, you'll be running a business selling fireworks.
Setup begins on December 19th; the stands open on December 20th at 11 am. The last sales day is scheduled for January 1st, with inventory pickup on January 2nd. Payments will be processed five days after verifying all stock.
- We provide everything needed to succeed: stand, products, permits, signs, and basic information for sales.
- You and your team will operate at a great retail location for 15 days. Sales run from December 20th to January 1st. The job ends on January 3rd.
The operator is responsible for:
~ Setting up your location properly
~ Inventory of all stock and supplies begin and end
~ Providing enough staff for daily sales (usually 2-4 people). Must be at least 16 years old to stand and sell.
All fireworks are held on consignment, meaning any unsold items will be returned to Pearson's Fireworks after the sales period ends. The operator is responsible for the full retail cost of any missing stock.
_ This is a fast-paced job on December 30th and 31st. You will be Busy and on feet all day._
We will be doing interviews no later than noon Saturday, the 13th.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
