Pearson Honda is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dealership runs smoothly by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, assisting customers, and providing exceptional guest services. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to drive various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with their inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot.
- Drive vehicles to designated areas within the lot for display or service.
- Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery to customers.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles on the lot to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Provide support to sales staff by moving vehicles as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance guest services.
- Operate battery maintenance equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Experience in a dealership environment is a plus but not required.
- A valid driver’s license is required; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
