What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractor - Associate Doctor/Clinic Director position at Pearson Chiropractic?
Our high volume, fast paced clinic is looking for a highly motivated doctor to join our team as an associate doctor. We are a multi facility clinic and have been serving our location area for 22 years. Excellent training and growth opportunity for the right doctor!
Responsibilities:
- Examine patients by reviewing all medical history including any imaging
- Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations of the body
- Provide a recommended course of treatment
- Educate patients on quality chiropractic care
- Maintain accurate case history of patients
- Document appropriately and thoroughly all patient records in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Current license as a Doctor of Chiropractic in the state of Washington
- Current malpractice insurance
- Bachelor Degree and Doctor of Chiropractic from accredited college
- Ability to operate a computer, using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Proficient in verbal and written skills
- Demonstrate evidence of promptness and reliability
- Demonstrate ability to exercise sound, independent judgment
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Teachable attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work effectively with the general public and promote a positive attitude and composure under pressure
Compensation is comprised of an annual salary, opportunity to earn 3% of office collections as a monthly bonus, retirement savings plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and more!
