Role Overview
Pearson Butler is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The position provides the opportunity to go beyond “solo practice,” and integrate into a firm culture where cross-disciplinary teamwork, mentorship, and shared strategy lead to superior client outcomes. The ideal applicant will learn quickly, while having a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and an ability to meet deadlines. The attorney will manage a caseload of divorce, custody, and guardianship cases while spearheading every facet of litigation. Our most successful attorneys are individuals who are self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and have an active license with the Utah State Bar. Preference will be given to candidates with 2 years of Family Law and/or Litigation experience.
Compensation
$130K with the potential to earn $200K while working 40 hours a week
Benefits include licensing, CLE costs, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability insurances, and more (eligible after a 60-day waiting period).
