We’re looking for a proactive and people-savvy Creator Development Representative (CDR) based in Los Angeles to join our growing talent team. In this part-time role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-potential creators, managing outreach and communications, and booking introductory meetings with our Talent Managers to explore partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Research and source up-and-coming digital creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Conduct initial outreach and manage ongoing communications with creators
- Schedule and coordinate intro meetings between creators and Talent Managers
- Maintain and organize creator tracking systems and outreach pipelines
- Represent our brand and values professionally in all creator interactions
- Share feedback and insights with the team to improve sourcing strategy
Requirements:
- Weekly Hour Requirements:Max 20 hours
- Based in Los Angeles and able to be in office part-time
