This is a full time position:

• Monday: 9:45 am - 7:00 pm*

• Tuesday: 10:45 am - 8:00 pm*

• Wednesday: 8:45 am - 6:00 pm*

• Thursday: 7:45 am - 5:00 pm*

As a Patient Coordinator on our team, you will:

• Provide excellent patient service, and address any inquiries and concerns with*

empathy and professionalism

• Greet and welcome patients to the practice*

• Schedule and confirm appointments*

• Answer incoming calls from existing and new patients*

• Educating patients and their families about treatment options*

• Collecting any co-payment and processing payments*

• Complete various other office tasks as needed*

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1 years of proven experience in a dental office (welcomed, but not required)*

• A 5-star service approach to patient care*

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills*

• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment*
