- Deliver prepared lesson plans or adapt existing curriculum to meet the needs of students across different age groups and subjects, including literacy, math, early childhood education, and special education.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively by implementing positive behavior management techniques and establishing clear expectations.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Support classroom routines such as attendance, transitions, and instructional activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with school staff to understand individual student needs, including working with children with autism or other special needs.
- Utilize classroom management skills to maintain discipline and promote respectful interactions among students.
- Communicate clearly with students, staff, and parents when necessary to provide updates on student progress or behavioral concerns.
- Assist with lesson planning and curriculum development when needed, contributing fresh ideas to enhance educational experiences.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, grade levels, and teaching styles while maintaining high standards of instruction.

Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in educational settings such as preschool, daycare, private schools, or special education programs is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Experience with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, Montessori methods or preschool curricula is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with people with autism or other special needs populations is preferred.
- Proven classroom experience that showcases adaptability, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching diverse learners.
