What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face and voice, greeting patients and assessing needs.
- Schedule exams, manage patient info, and process orders
- Guide patients to the perfect eyewear & contact lenses based on prescriptions.
- Measure, fit, and adjust eyewear for ultimate comfort.
- Provide essential contact lens training (I&R).
Who You Are:
- Experienced & knowledgeable in optics/sales.
- Energetic, a great multitasker, and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional at customer service.
- A team player with a passion for eye care.
- Comfortable with computers
