- Drive profitable store sales by implementing effective retail selling techniques through role-playing and skills development.
- Develop strong professional relationships with colleagues and doctors to drive business growth.
- Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions, fit and adapt lenses and frames, including:
- Utilizing optical prescriptions in conjunction with patients' visual requirements.
- Recommending specific lenses and coatings to meet patient needs.
- Assisting patients in selecting frames and coordinating them with prescriptions and needs.
- Performing relevant optical measurements.
- Ensure quality patient experiences through accurate pricing, POS entry, and realistic delivery time quotes.
- Provide guidance to patients on Managed Vision Care.
- Assist in maintaining effective merchandise presentation according to Planogram and Company standards.
- Other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
- Ability to sell using sales skills and hold oneself accountable for sales results.
- Experience and proven results in retail or customer service environments.
