Seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious individual with exceptional customer service skills who can lead, motivate and develop their team while reaching company sales goals. The right individual will possess the following skills:
- Coach and develop staff including delivering performance management to associates
- Build a positive team atmosphere among associates. Support staff and encourage team work
- Motivate and influence staff with positive feedback and encouragement
- Analyze and effectively control cost of goods, payroll costs & monitor accounts receivables on a monthly basis
- Unyielding focus on providing an outstanding customer service experience.
