Primary Purpose
To help maintain the physical school buildings in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills
Ability to maintain valid Texas driver’s license
Ability to communicate in English
Basic knowledge of principles of construction and/or plant maintenance
Mechanical aptitude
Experience
Three years in related trades
Working Conditions
Mental Demands:
The use of electrical and mechanical equipment requires constant concentration.
Physical Demands/Environmental Factors
Walking; standing 8 hours a day; lifting and carrying minimum of 80 lbs; inside and outside work; exposure to varying weather conditions.
