Role Description

Pearl Street Realty is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent for a full-time role in the Augusta, Georgia area. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the transaction process. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, communicating market trends, negotiating contracts, building strong client relationships, and staying compliant with all real estate laws and regulations. You will also collaborate with our team to achieve clients’ real estate goals and help them navigate the local market.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in Georgia and/or South Carolina in good-standing
• Proficiency in Real Estate practices and knowledge of Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Ability to build client relationships and provide tailored solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience with luxury homes, new construction, or investment properties is a plus
• Familiarity with the Augusta, Georgia and surrounding areas real estate market is highly valued
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations and property showings
