What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Hygienist position at PEARL STREET DENTAL GROUP?
Seeking a dynamic and professional Hygienist to join our team! This position is part-time on Monday's and Wednesdays. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience and have excellent communication and social skills. This position is best for a hygienist who desire autonomy and a small single doctor team who all work heard together. The office uses state of the art materials, technology, and equipment. We adhere to clinical and ethical standards at the highest level and are one of the rare offices that truly does put the patient first!
Duties Include (but not limited to):
· Perform routine cleanings, perio maintenance, and scaling/root planning in a thorough and professional manner
· Complete prescribed x-rays for patients per practice and state standards
· Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations
· Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters an extraordinary work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Texas State license
· Open Dental software experience preferred
· Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
· Excellent customer service skills
· Professionalism in all aspects of job
· Good grooming and professional image
· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
