What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Dental Assistant position at Pearl Street Dental Group?
Dentistry is booming and we are growing!! We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant. The right candidate will have enthusiasm about the profession, extraordinary chairside skills, be a detail-oriented, compassionate and a team player. The schedule will be part time Thursdays and 2 Fridays a month.
Prefer minimum one year of dental assisting experience but willing to train the right personality. Open Dental experience preferred.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist the dentist chairside in four-handed dentistry, temporary crown making skills, experience in digital dentistry.
- Invisalign experience preferred
- Sterilize instruments and operatories, ensure the cleanliness of ops & office
- Take impressions and fabricate provisional restorations
- Document lab procedures and track incoming and outgoing lab cases
- Maintain accurate patient records
