Fusion Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our multi-location energetic team!
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our mission by educating patients about the importance of oral health and making their treatment affordable through financing options. This position will guide patients in understanding the orthodontic treatment process, explain treatment options, manage the schedule, follow-up all patient consultations along with case/supply tracking and management. Duties:
- Contact new patient inquires and referrals
- Communicate orthodontic treatment options in detail to patient and family
- Coordinate treatment plans, record doctor new patient and recall exam notes and explain financial options to responsible party
- Confidently present financing options that meet the patients’ needs
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and referring facilities
- Ortho schedule optimization
- Consultation follow up
- Supply ordering and organization
- Case tracking and management
- Travel between offices located in the North Waco area and down to the Killeen area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
