We are looking for a dental payment poster to join our growing RCM team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental billing experience, be team-oriented and be able to multi-task with several dental offices.
This position will join a team of RCM.
Do you have 1 year of dental office administrative experience with an emphasis on Insurance Billing and payment posting? We are seeking a Dental Payment Poster from a dental office to join our support team in Dallas, TX.
Specific Job Skills and Responsibilities
- Must have knowledge of Insurance Billing and payment posting in a dental office.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
- Must be detail-oriented, organized nd work with little supervision
- Knowledge of dental/medical industry
- Ability to read and write in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multi-task effectively under stress, prioritize and meet deadlines with strong attention paid to detail of work produced
- Must have knowledge of computer programs and operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain client and patient confidentiality
- Open Dental knowledge is a plus
Education and/or Experience
- 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the dental insurance billing processing environment.
- Dental experience is required
