Pearl's Hope Home Health Care is looking for a part-time licensed RN to join our clinical team in Cleveland to cover cases in the Akron area (e.g. Akron, Canton, Kent, Cuyahoga Falls). Home health experience is required. This position will report directly to the Director of Nursing!

Primary Duties Include
- Conduct and document clinical visits under direction of DON
- Conduct and document supervisory visits under direction of DON
- Identify improvement opportunities and discuss with clinical team
- Promote a culture committed to care excellence and high quality service
Skills and Qualifications
- Licensed RN
- Own a vehicle and able to visit client homes
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Prior experience in home health care
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong and timely documentation
- Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time, exempt
Payment is per visit ($80 for Start of Care, $50 for Recertification)
