Overview: The position of Computer Science Instructor is now available for qualified applicants. Applicants interested in this position must have a master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Computer Science. A master's degree or higher in Computer Science is preferred. Relevant industry/teaching experience is preferred. Courses taught will range from Computer Applications to Programming with C . Individuals must have a thorough understanding of the use of technology as a supplemental instructional tool, express an aspiration toward life-long learning, and possess an awareness of working as a member of a departmental team. Duties will include but are not limited to: instruction of Computer Science courses, membership on college committees, sponsorship of student organizations, and advisement of students in Computer Science-related fields as well as General Studies students.
