Job Description:

A Pearl T54 Restaurant Busser works primarily in the dining area of the Westin Houston Medical Center Hotel. The T54 Restaurant Busser will swiftly move back and forth between these areas attending to dining guests and assisting our wait staff with their duties.

The T54 Restaurant Busser is responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing, or resetting tables. The T54 Restaurant Busser ensures that the restaurant is well stocked with necessary items such as silverware, plates, napkins, and cups of water glasses.

● Care and protect all assets of the hotel including equipment, raw products, uniforms and installations. Report deficiencies immediately using the “work order” system.

Physical Requirements - (not limited to)

● Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.

● Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, reach above and below shoulders, repetitive arm and wrist use, climb ladders and stairs, and walk on uneven surfaces.

● Must be able to operate motor vehicle using safety precautions.

● Must be able to recognize, register, and respond visually to color and depth perception.

● Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.

● Must be able to work indoor, outdoor, in extreme heat and cold.

● Must be able to work around moderate noise level.

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)
