About the Role
As an LPN at Pearl Pointe, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. Your duties will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
Monitoring resident vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Requirements
Current LPN license in the State of Illinois
High school diploma or equivalent required
