About the Role:
Oversee the daily operations of Pearl Pointe, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality care and services
Manage and coordinate the activities of the care team, including nurses, therapists, and other support staff
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
Ensure effective communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve care and services
