Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to ensure individualized care plans

• Provide leadership and guidance to PTA/COTA staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

• Conduct assessments, evaluate treatment plans, and make recommendations for modifications as needed

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication

• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and healthcare providers to facilitate resource sharing and referrals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a rehab setting, with leadership experience preferred

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the state of Illinois

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
