Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration

Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current licensure in the state of New York
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting
