At Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while maintaining a clean and organized dietary service department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation, including food preparation, plating, and serving
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dietary service department
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Support the dietary team with meal delivery and tray service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous dietary or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
