Pearl & Hoyt is an A BBB-accredited sales and leadership development firm based in New Jersey, with our main office headquartered in Holmdel, NJ. We partner with nationally recognized brands to execute high-visibility, in-person sales campaigns while developing motivated individuals.

About the Role
As an Entry Level B2B Sales Representative, you will represent and sell on behalf of our clients directly to businesses within assigned territories. This is a face-to-face, relationship-driven sales role where you will engage with business owners, managers and other decision-makers to introduce products and services, understand their needs, and help provide solutions.
You Will be Trained To
- Build customer rapport
- Present client products and services based on each business’s individual needs
- Conduct face-to-face outreach with assigned territories
- Identify and acquire new customer accounts
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Track sales activity and performance using Salesforce
- Represent recognized brands with professionalism, confidence, and integrity in a business-to-business setting
We hire and train all team members at the entry level to ensure everyone understands our standards, systems, and approach. Advancements to leadership are based on performance and interest.
What We’re Looking For
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with new people
- A professional and relationship-focused approach to working with businesses
- A coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
