Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nursing Home Administration and experience navigating long-term care operations
- Knowledge of Budgeting and financial management in a healthcare environment
- Strong expertise in care and commitment to enhancing resident well-being
- Experience in staff Training and development to build a competent and compassionate team
- Current and valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Illinois
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Expertise with state and federal regulations pertaining to nursing home operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
