As an LPN , you'll play a key role in guiding and supporting our medical assistants and providers, helping to keep our clinic running smoothly while making sure patients feel welcome and cared for. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on patient care with leadership and collaboration.

Your Day-to-Day
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
- Support, guide, and encourage medical assistants as a team leader
- Help coordinate schedules and patient flow to keep the day running smoothly
- Participate in quality improvement efforts to make care better for patients and staff
- Use Excel and EMRs for tracking, reporting, and communication
- Promote the values of Pearl Health Clinic within the Clinical Departments and the Community:

Requirements
- Current Idaho LPN license
- Experience as a team lead or supervisor is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and patient flow
- Experience with Excel and EMR systems
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Successful completion of drug screening and background check
- Someone who is flexible, collaborative, and ready to step in where needed
- A leader who inspires trust, teamwork, and positivity
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
